 The
mathematical ability and level of interest can vary hugely from pupil to pupil. At Farleigh College we offer a flexible curriculum that allows for the individual. Some gifted and talented pupils have taken GCSE's one or two years early, giving them the option of studying for an AS Level in their final year. Others reach their potential by achieving a GCSE pass ranging from Entry Level qualifications to A*s.
Farleigh offers 1:1 extra tuition where appropriate and tries to
overcome the pre-conceptions and negative experiences that many of our
pupils have had during their mainstream schooling.
Pupils are entered for SATs at the end of Key Stage Three if it is thought to be of benefit.
