Work Experience

Work Experience is offered to all pupils in years 10 and 11. In some cases, it may be offered to other pupils lower down the school if it will meet their specific needs. As with the other curriculum areas, work experience is tailored to the individual in terms of location, length of working day and level of support.

Work Experience has many benefits for the pupils at Farleigh College. In many cases, pupils exceed all expectations and make real strides socially. In some cases, it can bring about real improvements in self-esteem and can improve attitudes towards study across the board.
